Learning to set myself up for successful matches is something that takes time and planning.
I now know: - at least 6 hours of playing a week
- limiting alcohol intake to once a week
- keeping carbs very low
- meditating daily for 20+ minutes
- dressing in a comfortable outfit that I look and feel good in
All help me in playing my best!
