Get back on the court. It's okay if something negative happens in a match - just like life - sometimes it's not as we would wish - but the key is to redirect Tor focus into the good and to go and try again.
I feel sad when someone has a single bad experience in a league and then quits. Overcoming disappointment is part of the game and a muscle that needs to be built.
With practice - it gets easier and easier to let go of that which doesn't please you and spend more time thinking about the happy times.
I use the tough times as an opportunity to keep my heart and mind open and expand.
