Take responsibility for you own feelings. If you are getting upset about something it's normally because you feel truth in the statement. As an example - if someone would say to me that I'm a bad line caller - I would just laugh at that - as it's preposterous! However if someone tells me that I don't have great serves my feelings would get hurt - because some part of me believed that to be true! Work on your own confidence in and off the court and don't blame others for emotional hurts - you are in charge of your internal reactions to external circumstances!
