I started playing tennis at 35 years old in 2009 as a 2.5 player (total beginner). I fell in LOVE with the sport immediately and really wanted to lose weight (I weighed 195 lbs) and to become a 4.5.
Several people laughed at my goals - and said that was impossible!
Well only 7 years later I weigh 145 lbs and am rated a 4.5!
Don't let people tell you what you can or can't do!
