I got to spend the day with these lovely ladies!!! A perfectly sunny day with my sweet team!
I am reminded to surround myself with good people - life is too short to allow negative women on my team.
Today - one lady was so late - and defaulted her partner on one line - but they played a fun match and I'm so impressed by how calm and collected Tanisha was - classy lady. I would have been angry that she let me down!
The best way to influence others is to be the best example of what you want them to be. If you want people to be sweet - you can't teach them to - you can just BE SWEET - and they learn that way (if they are ready for the lesson)! We only won one line today - but it was SUPER FUN! The numbers don't matter at all!
