Physical and mental health is very important for an enjoyable and successful tennis match. As every persons body responds differently to foods - it's important to take the time to test and log the results of the reactions of certain food to your game.
For me - a regular practice of meditation, hydration, vitamin C and bananas work well. I try not to eat within 2 hours of playing as I feel heavy after a meal.
