Lessons from the NET 🎾

I was allergy tested for foods - and didn't have any gluten or other intolerances.

However - I paid close attention to how I felt on the court after eating certain foods - and noticed that bread actually hurt my knee joints.

If you want to play your best and feel great - take the time to assert what nutrition your body thrives on!!! For me - proteins, vegetables and fruits keep me energized and light on my feet!!! I always choose watermelon 🍉 instead of other electrolyte drinks!!!
