Lessons from the NET 🎾

I have learned to PAY ATTENTION TO MY BODY! For me - keeping my diet full of fiber, protein, good fats, enzymes, veggies, water and fruits has been instrumental in giving me energy and health!

Tonight I made a riced cauliflower egg stir fry with parsley and Braggs amino acids, fresh avocado, cilantro, onions sautÊed in garlic powder and turmeric, all beef frankfurters and sauerkraut.

This meal filled me up but didn't leave me feeling heavy and lethargic like rice, potato, sugar, bread, pasta, beans and dairy do.

And to drink : water....had too much wine the last few weeks!!! If YOU want to feel good on and off the court - take some time to find the foods that work for YOUR body. You only have one - treat it RIGHT!!! Before I eat I get very present to the colors and smells and finally I have a small silent moment of gratitude and then I begin. I honor the dish by giving it my attention and savor every bite.

I never take having fresh water and yummy food for granted. It is truly a blessing to be able to eat so well!
