Humans are deliciously pattern oriented. And my experience shows that the higher the level of tennis player - the more formulative they become - making them more predictable.

Being a 4.5 player - we have spent a lot of time on court - developing beliefs about plays - and executing them over and over to become an expert.

Advanced level tennis takes confidence and that takes belief which takes evidence.

But here’s the trick - if you get to recognize your opponents, partner and your own formulas - you will be able to do MAGIC on the court.

It’s the easiest way to “be fast” on the court!
