Return Policy – Love Love Tennis
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at adeline@lovelovetennis.com. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns must be tracked and signed for by Love Love Tennis staff to process refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos at (310) 990-6176 or adeline@lovelovetennis.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Strung tennis rackets
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Sale items and gift cards (for security reasons)

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item (once approved), and place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must meet the same return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Returns must meet all eligibility criteria. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at adeline@lovelovetennis.com.
Note: Warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
