Be clear about your goals from tennis - and take decided action towards them. By prioritizing what's important to you - and taking small consistent steps towards them - you will derive the MOST pleasure from this sport - and build confidence that will help you OFF the court too.I wear my beautiful hand jewel and necklace as a reminder that I made a commitment to fun - so that as I get off track - it serves as an immediate (and luxurious) nudge to recommit to pleasure!!! Once you are on the court it's just time to HAVE FUN! Trust that you have done what you can and just PLAY YOUR HEART OUT! The more you trust yourself - the more "lucky" you will become!!!
When I am kind, complimentary and encouraging to my partner - they always play better! I know that we are playing the best that we can - so being sweet is a definite strategy to have better synergy and fun whilst playing especially the tough matches. It's just a game - and we play to desires and have a good time - that's our #1 priority!
I ❤️ MY DOUBLES PARTNER!!!" Sergio...he is AN incredible doubles partner AND man! He is so graceful when he plays tennis - he makes it look easy. And even more importantly - Sergio is an open hearted and kind man that loves so deeply.I would probably have never met Sergio if it hadn't been for tennis - I am SO grateful!!!
Sometimes I play amazing and sometimes things don't go as well. There are SO many reasons why I may not play well - here are some: - I am tired- I am stressed- my body hurts- the opponents are better than me- I am sad- I am overthinking and not "in the zone"The point is - I really appreciate a partner that L❤️VES unconditionally me no matter how I am playing. They understand that I AM DOING THE BEST THAT I CAN!!! Thank you Teresa for being sweet whether we are winning or losing!!!
